Chargefox, Australia's leading electric vehicle (EV) charging platform, today announced that CEO John Sullivan will be stepping down from his role.
Mr Sullivan joined Chargefox in 2023 and has played a pivotal role in the company's significant growth and success.
During his tenure, the Australian EV market has matured significantly, and Chargefox has played a vital role in this transformation. Over 150,000 drivers choose Chargefox each month to find, use, and pay for charging at public EV stations operated by hundreds of different companies, and the Chargefox platform is used to manage charging for thousands of private fleet vehicles.
This foundation sees the company well positioned for future success, particularly under the ownership of the Australian Motoring Services Group (AMS).
AMS, supported through its ownership by the Australian mobility clubs, is excited about continuing to grow the Chargefox platform as part of its broader portfolio of mobility solutions for leading Australian businesses, including roadside assistance, connected car services and batteries.
John Sullivan will remain with Chargefox until April 2025, to enable a transition to new leadership.
