On behalf of the Chargefox Product team, I wanted to give a huge shout out to our engaged and passionate driver community who have embraced our new app feature to give us a rating after finishing a charge session. We recently hit the 10,000 rating milestone with an average score of 4.4 in just over 3 months since release, which has easily surpassed our expectations. Over the Easter weekend alone, we received almost 500 ratings from drivers charging at stations on the Chargefox platform.
We love hearing your thoughts on how we can continue to improve our product and greatly appreciate you taking the time to give us a review. Thank you for taking the time to give your thoughts about how we can make the experience better for all EV drivers who rely on our app every single day.
