You may have seen our recent announcement that John Sullivan will be stepping down as the CEO of Chargefox.

John played a pivotal role in the company's growth and will remain at the helm until April to support a smooth transition to new leadership.

I'd like to introduce myself and let you know some of the exciting new things on the horizon for Chargefox and the other Australian Motoring Services brands.

Rebecca Stenhouse is CEO of Australian Motoring Services Group - The operator of Chargefox, Club Assist and Assist Australia.

Firstly, we will welcome Ed Asuncion as Executive General Manager for Chargefox from 31 March. Ed is well positioned to take Chargefox through its next chapter, with broad experience across technology, strategy and most recently supporting RACV in its electrification journey.

Ed joins at a time the Chargefox platform is going from strength to strength, hosting over 5000 EV chargers and helping more than 150,000 people charge every month.

Our other businesses, Club Assist and Assist Australia, provide an extensive range of products and services to keep Australians moving safely on our roads.

Assist Australia provides wholesale roadside assistance, customer care and connected car services, currently supporting about 2.7 million drivers stay safe on our roads. AMS recently acquired Club Assist, one of Australia’s largest automotive battery service providers, offering end-to-end battery programs to mobility club partners and automotive retailers, as well as roadside services.

The AMS Group is backed by the Mobility Clubs of Australia the NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAA, RAC, and RACT, some of Australia’s most trusted brands, who have been helping motorists for over 120 years.

This heritage, combined with our service offerings and in-house development and innovation, positions the AMS Group to provide a unique end-to-end service for mobility businesses to support their customers on the road.

Update on chargers owned by City of Gold Coast.
