A BIG app update

A new version of the Chargefox app is now available on Android and iPhone.

There’s no need to download a new app just update the current one.

This new update is the cherry-on-top of a big year of updates and new features to Australia’s EV charging platform which have included:

• Empowering drivers to leave a message in the app to let others know how long they will be charging.
• Displaying the real-time battery charge % for charging vehicles so drivers better understand how long a charger will be occupied.
• The option to rate a charger after charging is finished.
• The activation of idle fees at more than 200 charging stations.
• The option to view the map during charging in order to plan your journey.

Many of these improvements started out as direct feedback from you, our drivers, who are so passionate about the EV experience.

The product team at Chargefox understands Australian EV drivers because we are Australian EV drivers. Every single design mock-up and line of code is made in-house by our team members at our Head Office in Melbourne or at their homes in New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia and Regional Victoria.‍

You can now access the My Benefits section in the app menu to see the real-time status of your vouchers, subscriptions, activated discounts, and more.
