New app feature: Rate your charging experience

We love getting feedback directly from drivers here in the fox's den so we’re excited to announce a new feature on our mobile app - You can now give us a rating for every charge session you experience.

Providing a rating allows you to give a star rating, a reason for your rating and add a comment.

Not only will these ratings help us improve the Chargefox app user experience, it will also help us to work with the owners of chargers on our platform to address feedback on; reliability and maintenance, pricing, locations, facilities and amenities, cleanliness and safety.

Product Manager at Chargefox Matt Bagnara said "We built this feature to make it easy for drivers to provide us with feedback and ensure that we continue to improve the charging experience on the Chargefox platform. We're excited to hear from you about what we're doing well and what we can do better."

Thanks to the thousands of you who have provided ratings so far. Your input is already helping improve the EV charging experience and shape the future for all drivers.
