Step 1
Download the Chargefox app
Download the app on iPhone or Android and create an account.
Step 2
Add vehicle details to your profile
In the ‘My profile’ section of the app, click ‘Update Car’ to add your Car Details including your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
Step 3
Find a charging location
Depending on your subscription you may receive free charging on all chargers or select types of chargers. The app will notify you what discount is applicable at each location. If your subscription provides free charging at that location ‘100% off’ will be displayed. Check with your subscription provider for details.
Step 4
Charge your car for FREE
Charge your car via the app as normal free-of-charge.
