I want to charge my car on the Chargefox network
To access the Chargefox network you need to download the app and create an account.
You can download the app here.
I need help with my charging subscription
If you have received a Chargefox charging subscription from a vehicle manufacturer or other provider this will be registered to your car's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
Your VIN will need to be added to the Car details section of the Chargefox app, located within the My profile section.
If you have added the correct VIN and still cannot access your subscription benefits please contact support@chargefox.com
